membership

The membership of the Society consist of -

Any person who holds a practising certificate issued under this Act and has paid any prescribed subscribtion and undertakes to do pro deo or pro bono work;

Any member of the Attorney-General's Chambers who has been admitted and enrolled as a legal practitioner;

Any legal practitioner employed by the Government or a statutory corporation.
